The People's Hall of Gaozhou city, built in 1959, is the birthplace of the important thought of "Three Represents", and is a provincial cultural relic protection unit of Guangdong Province, located in the core area of Gaozhou city, and has always been an important activity place for the political, economic and cultural life of Gaozhou. The hall integrates large-scale conferences, variety shows, art exhibitions and other functions, and is the main activity place for large-scale conferences, exhibitions and important celebrations in the city. It has received many visits from party and state leaders, important guests and national art groups.

On the morning of February 20,2000, Jiang Zemin, then General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the "three lectures" mobilization meeting of Gaozhou leading cadres and made an important speech, putting forward the content of the important thought of "Three Represents" for the first time.

In 2019, Gaozhou People's Hall upgraded the sound expansion equipment for the conference. This upgrade process selected JSL "Jazz Dragon" professional sound expansion products. ⑥ The power output circuit with the amplitude limit device, when the input voltage is too large, can automatically compress the amplitude of the input voltage without distortion, to avoid weakening the output of the waveform and burning down the speaker due to overload.

The main speaker uses 8 TW 15 medium and remote horn speakers in the hall, and 24 CF12 full frequency speakers are used for the audience and podium complement.

Choose TW series of speakers, because the characteristics of this series of speakers are very prominent: three-frequency full frequency design, strong and efficient output system and inverted phase low frequency radiation. High sound pressure output, long range, good transient response, bass surging and powerful, wider range, unique horn conduction in high frequency, very suitable for large auditorium, conference hall.

The CF12 series speaker adopts the two way full frequency design, strong, efficient output system, inverted phase low frequency radiation design, as the adhesive speaker of sound area, and TW series collocation can be said to bring the best in each other.
